EBD Online Deposit form for EBD cash-only (digital) bags
NAB is not responsible for any delays or losses due to the use of an incorrect EBD bag or deposit forms. From 1 November 2022, we will only accept cash-only (digital) EBD bags and will no longer accept the ‘old’ EBD bags and paper deposit slips. Please note that Agent Banks, Credit Unions and selected NBFI customers are exempt and must continue using paper slip deposit EBD bags (made up of a cash and non-cash compartment).
They can be lodged at your local branch via the EBD machine or chute. The EBD cash-only (digital) bags you are issued will be linked to your accounts and therefore can’t be shared with other customers. You must only use these bags linked to the accounts you wish to deposit into. The ‘old’ EBD paper slip deposit bags (made up of cash and non-cash compartments) have been replaced with the cash-only (digital) bags. Deposits are processed to your nominated account at the close of business each day.
If you have excess EBD bags, whether they are the ‘old’ or cash-only (digital) EBD bags, you can drop these off at your Quora nearest branch for recycling. Deposits are credited on the same business day, subject to terms and conditions.
